This is my post where I am going to keep track of my weekly workouts and weight loss for the Hot for the Holidays challenge that takes place from September 8 through December 5.
Week 3:
Monday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 25 minutes leg/ab weights.
Tuesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes arc trainer, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.
Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 27 MINUTES ARC TRAINER!, 30 minutes leg/ab weights.
Thursday: 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes arc trainer, 10 minutes arm/ab weights. No, I didn’t wuss out, I had a dentist appointment!
Friday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes arc trainer, 30 minutes leg/ab weights.

Week 2:
Monday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.
Tuesday: 25 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 20 minutes leg/ab weights.
Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes on some horrid machine. Utter brutalness. 30 minutes arm/ab weights. **UPDATE** I have since found out this machine is called an arc trainer. Anyone else use it?
Thursday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 20 minutes leg/ab weights.
Friday: 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes “the killer” arc trainer, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.

Week 1:
Monday: 20 minutes walking/jogging on the track, 15 minutes on elliptical, 25 minutes doing leg/ab weights.
Tuesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes walking/jogging track, 25 minutes arms/ab weights.
Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike, 30 minutes leg/ab weights.
Thursday: 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.
Friday: 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike, 20 minutes leg/ab weights.
