Hot For the Holidays Challenge

Week 7

Monday: Put the gym clothes on -seriously. Took the kids to school. Argued with the hubby on the phone. Got pissed off, drove BY the gym and drove home. That’s right, blame it on the boy. Thanks Justin. ;o)

Tuesday: Put gym clothes on. Took the kids to school. Drove to gym. Went in gym. 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes arc trainer, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.

Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical -had my BEST mile ever- 9:50!! Yay! Almost died. 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes leg/ab weights.

    i love that you specify “put on gym clothes”. because it really is a big step! i always say, “self, at least get dressed. then put shoes on. then walk out door. because once you’re dressed you’ll feel like going.” yes i talk to myself a lot.

    I went to the gym mon., tues, wed., and will go for a long walk tomorrow. I”M TRYING DAMMIT.

    I still have not gone to the gym. I feel like a real loser because I have not been walking either.I keep saying tomorrow. We are getting a slide machine next week so I hope that does the trick! Sounds like your gym visits are going good. Your Monday morning sounded like a good day to take off. Have a good weekend.
