Monday: Put the gym clothes on -seriously. Took the kids to school. Argued with the hubby on the phone. Got pissed off, drove BY the gym and drove home. That’s right, blame it on the boy. Thanks Justin. ;o)
Tuesday: Put gym clothes on. Took the kids to school. Drove to gym. Went in gym. 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes arc trainer, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.
Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical -had my BEST mile ever- 9:50!! Yay! Almost died. 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes leg/ab weights.
