Hot for the Holidays Challenge

Week 8:

Monday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes arc trainer, 25 minutes arm/ab weights. The gym is closing down until Friday for their grand opening of the remodel, so I am going to have to find something else to do.

Tuesday: 40 minutes run/walk outside with husband. Beautiful day out!

Wednesday: 40 minutes run/walk outside with hubby again.

    Just spent two hours in a freezing pumpkin patch. Don’t they say that being cold burns calories? Do ya think I just lost 20 pounds? I can only hope.

    Today. Tons of chips; several hot dogs at the field hockey stand; and three pieces of pizza when i finally got home at 8:00 this evening. crap.
