Monday: No gym, no workout. Sasa stayed home sick from school. Didn’t leave house.
Tuesday: Back to business. Sort of. 20 minutes elliptical -something really odd happened. About 15 minutes into it, my heart started racing and I began sweating more than usual and I thought I was going to lose my breakfast right then and there. I don’t know if I am getting THE virus or because I was pushing myself hard or because I hadn’t been to the gym in 5 days. 25 minutes bike, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.
Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes arc trainer, 25 minutes leg/ab weights. I took it easier on the weights really involving my knees today, my left knee has been giving me problems this week and it is usually my GOOD knee! I finally feel good about my workout again though.
