Monday: Skipped gym because I wasn’t feeling well.
Tuesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 35 minutes arm/ab weights.
Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 35 minutes leg/ab weights. Justin goes back to work tomorrow, so I am hoping to get back on somewhat of a schedule.
Thursday: I went. That’s about it. I struggled through 25 minutes of the elliptical and called it quits. I have been getting a cold all week and I think it just kicked my ass! I am just dragging this week.
