Hot for the Holidays Challenge Week 10

Week 10:

Monday: Out of town.

Tuesday: Out of town.

Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes arc, 30 minutes arm/ab weights. Why is it the minute I step on the machines, my nose starts running uncontrollably?? I hate it. It is so embarrassing.

Thursday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 20 minutes leg/ab weights. 2.96 miles in 30 minutes -yeah!

Friday: 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes arc, 30 minutes arm/ab weights. Finally a good workout for me.

    How much have you lost so far? You are doing so awesome with your workouts. I am so proud of you.

    Yeah… about that. I have lost a whole whopping FOUR pounds. I have been doing kind of crappy the last few weeks, but even when I was working my butt off and eating awesome, I STILL wasn’t losing much. WTF??

    Oh, I am sorry! You are probably pretty toned though. I have lost 10 pounds but think that it should be a whole lot more than that. When I left school I dropped 4 pounds right away but have not lost anything since. I think that I am going to sign up for Weight Watchers. James’ company will pay for us to join, so I figure we might as well give it a try. Maybe then he will believe what I say to him.

    I am so proud of you! I am not exercise at all right now but hope to very soon here. The only thing getting exercise are my fingers (from tapping the keyboard) and my eyes fromr eadingall these blogs. Keep up the good work!
