Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes arc, 30 minutes arm/ab weights. Why is it the minute I step on the machines, my nose starts running uncontrollably?? I hate it. It is so embarrassing.
Thursday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 20 minutes leg/ab weights. 2.96 miles in 30 minutes -yeah!
