Hot for the Holidays Challenge, Week 11

Week 11:

Monday: Too busy searching for missing dog. Luckily, we found the little turd.

Tuesday: 20 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes leg/ab weights. There was a man at the gym today wearing a Survivor buff. Sweet. I so want one. Erin and Melissa, obviously you don’t watch survivor. This is a buff: Can be worn as a tube top, skirt, bandanna… so many styles. ;o)

Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes leg/ab weights. Working out lately is such a physical AND mental struggle! What’s up with this?

Thursday: Skipped the gym. Shampooing carpets. One of the pets decided to leave me a Nasty Mess. Disgusting. Be sure to check in on Monday!! Exciting news on a new website I am a part of. You’ll love it!

    I second Erin’s question! We have a girl at our gym that seriously head bangs while she cruises on the elliptical – the entire time. It’s frightening really and I always make sure I have a good seat to see other people’s reactions!

    gym each morning at 5:30 – just the recumbent bike for 35 minutes. Will start with weights and machines this weekend.
