Week 11:
Monday: Too busy searching for missing dog. Luckily, we found the little turd.
Tuesday: 20 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes leg/ab weights. There was a man at the gym today wearing a Survivor buff. Sweet. I so want one. Erin and Melissa, obviously you don’t watch survivor. This is a buff: Can be worn as a tube top, skirt, bandanna… so many styles. ;o)
Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes leg/ab weights. Working out lately is such a physical AND mental struggle! What’s up with this?
Thursday: Skipped the gym. Shampooing carpets. One of the pets decided to leave me a Nasty Mess. Disgusting. Be sure to check in on Monday!! Exciting news on a new website I am a part of. You’ll love it!
